CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customers also have an option of visiting our store at Vaughan Mills Mall to refund/exchange.

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after the receipt of the product in the wrong size or with the color problem.

Any items, customized through our My Dzign- 3D Bracelet Maker app will not be eligible for a refund. If the size is incorrect, you can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds will get back to your account within 5-8 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
